Stackey AI — Privacy Policy

Beta notice: Stackey AI is currently an invite-only private beta with a small number of accounts. This policy describes what the Service actually does today; it will be revised as features (including paid Credits) launch.

1. Who We Are

Stackey AI ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by START LANDS Inc. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Service, why, and who we share it with. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

We do not use any advertising or analytics tracking scripts (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on the Service today, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. How We Use This Information

To create and secure your account, and to let you sign in;
To generate the content you request, by sending your prompts/uploaded images to our AI model provider (Section 4);
To store your generated content so you can view, reuse, or delete it later in your Library;
To track usage and cost per account, including (once launched) deducting purchased Credits for generation requests;
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to enforce our Terms of Service (e.g. investigating a report of prohibited content).

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train our own AI models. Content you submit is processed by the third-party AI providers described below, which are governed by their own separate data-use policies.

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any other third party. We may disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of START LANDS Inc., our users, or the public.

5. International Data Transfer

Because our AI processing, sign-in, and (future) payment providers operate their own infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers located outside the Philippines. We select providers that we believe handle data responsibly, but we do not control, and are not responsible for, their own infrastructure locations or internal security practices — see each provider's own privacy policy for details.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated content remains in your Library until you delete it yourself or your account is closed. Usage/cost records are kept for account administration and are not deleted automatically.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can delete individual generated images, videos, and 3D models yourself from the Library at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (Section 10). We do not yet have a self-service "delete my account" button in the product.
If you are located in the Philippines, you have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), including the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, and to erase or block your personal data, as applicable.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age (see Terms of Service, Section 3). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as new features (such as paid Credits) launch. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
